Belstar Training Services Ltd was set up in the early 2000 mainly to provide training to users of a software application for managing share registers and to act as stockist for ICSA (now CGI).
It is registered with HEC and MQA and in 2006 started offering tuition courses leading to CGI and gradually extended its offer to include CISi since 2017 and soon ACCA operations early next year.
The centre is dedicated to providing a high level of education in line with the stringent standards set by its awarding bodies for organising and delivering their courses.

Belstar started operations from a humble building in Rose Hill and stayed there until 2021 when it moved to Ebene Esplanade, an ideally located site with all the amenities conducive to purposeful learning towards success.
