Refund Policy
1. Withdrawal and reallocation
The Training Centre reserves the right to withdraw an offer for any course or module where the minimum required enrolment is not achieved by the application closing date.
Where the enrolment form provides for an alternate option, the Training Centre may activate that option and reallocate any tuition fees received accordingly.
Following the release of examination results, a student who wishes to undertake a different paper or module from the one originally selected may request that the tuition fees already paid be reallocated to the new paper or module. Such reallocation shall be subject to the Training Centre’s approval, availability of the requested paper or module, and payment of any difference in fees where applicable.
2. Refund upon withdrawal of an offer
Tuition fees paid and not reallocated shall be refunded within the ten days following the withdrawal of the offer.
3. Liability for Fees
Once enrolled, a student remains liable for the course fees payable. Dropping out of a course does not exonerate a student from the full settlement of the applicable fees.
4. Request for Refund of course Fees
A student wishing to terminate tuition courses should notify management in writing giving the reasons thereof. Management shall exercise its discretion to
(i) either apply a waiver for unpaid fees
(ii) or approve a part refund of fees already settled.
5. Mode of Refunds
A refund shall be effected in favour of the originator of the payment.
6. Sign off for Refunds
Any party receiving a refund shall provide to the RTI a statement of discharge.
