Tega started on a passionate career as a Mathematics teacher before moving on in the early seventies to Sugar Insurance where he continued studying hard to qualify as a chartered Secretary in 1983.

As Share Registry Manager in the early 1990 where he had the opportunity to train operators for the efficient use of the share registration application software. his passion for teaching was rekindled.

Tega founded Belstar Centre with renewed passion which keeps him going well beyond retirement.
