1. Course Details
Level 1 modules
Level 1 consists of the Four modules each examined in a 3 hour paper:
1. CLA – Company Law *
2. IFAI – Interpretation of Accounting and Financial Information *
3. CCA – Company Compliance & Administration
4. COG -Corporate Governance
*Undergraduates in law or Finance may be eligible to exemption
Level 2 consists of three modules. Each is examined via a 3 hour paper;
1. DOS- Development of Strategy
2. RMA- Risk Management
3. BOD – Board Dynamics
Level 2 Complete Level 1 by exams or exemptions. Our classes for Level 2 modules can start only AFTER results are released.
2. Entry Requirements
- Successful Completion of Foundation *
- A law or finance related degree(possible exemption from law/finance module
- HND in Law, Accounting or Business
- CGI Level 5 Diploma in IFA
- Unrelated to Law /Finance at least 5 years as Company Secretary.
3. Exemptions for undergraduates

Application for exemption should be emailed to the Institute as soon as possible for processing. If in the meantime you wish to enroll please email immediately to admin@belstartraining.com We shall be happy to advise you on how to proceed.
4. Semester Dates and Time table for January 2026

5. Provisional Enrolment
If you are awaiting for Foundation results in order to enroll to Level 1, then you may find it difficult to catch up on missed sessions. Enrolling provisionally is possible by joining Level 1 Company Law or IFAI.
If you fail your exams you will have to cancel your enrolment on production of your exam results slip. Tuition fees will be refunded after retention of Rs 1,000.

6. Fees
Course Fees
Level 1 and 2 – Rs 14000 per module
6.1 Self- financed students may apply for payment facilities (conditions apply) using the prescribed request form available from administration. Kindly contact admin@belstartraining.com
6.2 Sponsored students may, in lieu of payment, produce a letter from their firm confirming that course fees will be settled in full before classes start.
