Holder of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Mauritius and graduated with a Masters of Laws with specializations in Commercial Law and in Corporate Law from the University of London.

She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws with merit from the University of London and has recently been qualified with the Professional Legal Studies Course.

Varnee has been a part time lecturer at Belstar Training Centre for over 8 years, teaching essentially Corporate Law and Applied Business Law of the CGI syllabus.

She currently heads the Legal Unit at Sanne Mauritius and is also a part time lecturer at the University of Mauritius.
