David holds a degree in Law and Management from the University of Mauritius and a LLM in International Commercial Law from the London Metropolitan University.

He started studying for ICSA courses at Belstar in 2015 and completed the ICSA Chartered Secretary Qualification in 2017.

He has been tutoring at Belstar since 2018 delivering the ICSA Foundation module.

David is a compliance professional with more than 7 years’ experience in financial services, anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance.
